Who should do a Business Health Check?

The Business Health Check is tailored for SME organisations. As long as you are an SME business owner, you are invited to assess your business.

How much time does it take for a Business Health Check?
Done over 2 sessions of face-to-face meetings (preferably) it takes approximately 1 hour to complete the health check. However, another 1-hour meeting will be arranged for us to present the health check report.

You can’t know whether or not you are successful, unless success is defined and tracked. With a clearly established metric for success, you can quantify progress and adjust your process to produce the desired outcome. Without clear objectives, you’re stuck in a constant state of guessing.

Take your first step by requesting a Business Health Check to give you a dip stick view of your current business health status. It starts with an evaluation and assessment based on 10 areas of the current position of the business and identifies the elements affecting your business. This information is collated to give an external view of the business to highlight the areas that need change, and how to improve certain aspects of the business to bring renewal and growth.

It takes One Insight to Change the Game Forever. Based on the business health check, we will identify key pillars to focus on that will totally transform your business.
